Naw, i dont need a fan caz its only one plant lol its in a very aired out box so its good as it is, has real tank stems for nice buds to form because of a drafting airflow

you definitely should have a fan on your plant ... not just for heat control, an oscillating fan strengthens the stems and branches, and prevents mold in your buds ... don't cut corners on good ventilation ... your plant looks real nice, congrats ... :jointsmile:

Yes, i dont really need input and output in my idea as it is in an attic which has constant breezes running threw it. i have the fans to do it just dont really think i need them. on the topic of fans though, i am wondering how long a day i should have my ocelating fan on them as i have to do it by hand :( everything in this post has been done manually with no timer

Till it dies, and you have to go buy a new one. Fresh air and a gentle breeze are a definate must. Keep in mind the roots need a supply of fresh air, too.

Can't really comment on the plants, my eyes are getting pretty bad. Perhaps turning on a light when you take the picture...? All I can see is the first few inches closest to the plant. Oh well...One of these days I'll get my new glasses. :jointsmile:

Heres June 8's pics of my litte lady :) looks real good but still having some leaves at bottem turning yellow, folding in at tips, brownin. :( please give any suggestions, as you can see i gave a better side view of some of the leaf stems

I looked back thru the post but couldn't find anything about the strain, or what nutes you use...
Is it a 'purple' strain, or is it a bit of phosphorous defeciency? (purple leaf stems)
I guess the other's here have much better eyes than I. Since I can't see most of the action in these sucky photos, someone else will have to help. It's not the angle, as that looks ok. It's the lack of light.

yeah i find some cameras hate the HPS make black lines fly across it right? try taking your plants out and putting them in the natural light (don't let the neighbors see) you can also see your buds better in natural light well i find anyway

They look pretty healthy; the leaf shape hints that it is time for a larger pot, though.
Yellowing low leaves do naturally happen over time, both as a natrual sloughing-off, and because the plant starts using stored N when it is deprived of N in flower. That's actually a GOOD thing; you should expect your plant to look a bit scruffy and used-up at harvest time, lol.

Alright guys, iv been dealing with alot latly as we just finished up with my grandpa's funeral and now my uncle passed away. This plant has now been commemerated to my uncle in memory and rememberance to his kindness and bravery. Many of you probablly dont want to hear my sympathy but thats fine with me, here is June 24th's pictures and i will have tonights pictures posted by 7:30 GMT latest! hope all you lurkers are still kicking around, and Hydro i know you asked what strain this is, its Blue Mystic, very uncommen but i got the seeds from Dutch Passion on a visit in the U.K :rastasmoke:

As you can see by the title, my little baby is now 37 days into flowering so she has about another 30 to go, i dont think the leaves should be going yellow this soon so any tips would be gladly appricated, has about ounce to two ounces on it already :) pics are included below:rasta:

Looking really good, buds looks great, not sure about the yellowing bottom leaves it might just be natural yellowing as the plant ages, i'd just keep my eye on it over the next few days and only worry if it spreads quickly.

Wow, in 2 days this yellow leaf buisness is getting out of hand, im pretty sure my plant is deprived of nitrogen as indicated by the very very redy purple stems. The other thing i think is that it may possibly be root bound and if so, how would i solve this with a recycling bin (made of very thick plastic) any suggestions are welcome! 39 days in budding, pictures below

Plants lookin good mate!! The purple stems usually mean lack of phosphorous and the yellowing of the leaves means nitrogen..I just bump up the nutes a tad and they should balance right out. Also its almost time for the leaves to be yellowing naturally, so that shouldnt cause to many worries.;)

Lady's and Gent's im very pleased to announce that my blue mystic is almost on the long stretch of goin home! I had a slight mishap with my fan though and it blew the one branch till it snapped, so I moved the fan to the correct spot and decided I would pluck the little bud and give her a shot, shes about 25% amber already and still has 23 days left :) can't wait till she starts swellin in the last 2 week. Also, Welcome to Cannabis.com InTheTrees, there are very respectful people in the community and love giving help but just on your quote, I know it may be kinda surprising but it is only one plant, I used the simple LST method that is shown in advanced growing techniques of the site, it simply allows the branchs to get maximum light off the start allowing them to catch up and become the new tops, I then tied my plant right over

Take a vacation and come up to beautiful Ontairo then my friend! there is nothing like the glorious colours of canada espically in the fall. And for feeding I used a product not very well known, its called rapid feed i belive, they have 20-20-20 for Veg and 15-25-15 for blooming/budding. If you ever take vacay up this way just gimme a post there sunny :jointsmile: Cola's sure are getting fat in the last week. More pics at 7 pm GMT-6

To be quite honest, if you live in the southern part of ontairo its more southern then parts of michigan and parts of NY :wtf: In general it doesn't get much colder then it would in say michigan other then we get a little bit of lake effect, great for the plants though because they water themselves :thumbsup::jointsmile: Here are Day 59 of budding, July 24th's pictures :) to anyone just comeing in or to lurkers that may have forgotten, this is a Blue Mystic and the seeds were bought from DP and average yeild is 120-251 grams indoor, I think im gettin pretty close in that range :thumbsup:

The only grow technique I really used was tying it down aka Low Stress Training, I was quite stupid doing it though. Should have used string or yarn rather then fishing line as when the plant wanted to grow up the fishing line was so strong it topped it :wtf: Still ended up with 4 tops though and she sure is one beauty :thumbsup::jointsmile:

What was your process for LST??

I ask because it seem super tall for having been LST'd, maybe because of the accidental chop it grew more vertical

LST is usually used for keeping a plant bushy with more smaller colas than a few larger ones

What I did at first was took a clothes hanger, cut it in half and used the V shape around the plant when it was aprox 6 inches tall, I kept moving it down till the play was almost horizontal. I then tied fishing line from the stem to a wrench and stuck the wrench into the dirt. This was used as my anchor for holding the plant down. The fishing line did get quite tight and topped my plant but I used yarn the second time and it is now workin like a charm :jointsmile:

I'm about 6 days behind you with my plant and it looks a lot like yours. Mine are really plumping up now so I don't want to cut to early. I just bought a magnifying glass today so I'll check out the trichs.
How do your trichs look at this stage? How much longer do you think you'll let yours go before cutting.

Well to be honest everyones trichs will look different at this stage of budding since everyones plant finishes at a different time, mine still have a bit more time then i figure. I was thinking around 8 days but am now thinking probablly closer to 10-12 as alot of the hues have not gone amber
