Sorry my friend I don't think there really is any way of getting around that one.
Simply put, try to hide or even disguise them better is the best advice I think anyone can give you.

Marigolds have leaves that are kinda similar, but not really. Other than that, I don't know.

Just tell him you don't know what he is talking about, you don't see any plant there. Other then that, I would avoid showing anyone around in there.

don't take people into your grow area.. ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever.
You never want to compromise yourself. You're probably thinking "these are my relatives.. they wouldn't do anything.". Well you never know, better safe than sorry.
With that said nettles sort've look like cannabis when your plant is a few inches tall, but once it starts to grow more then it becomes fairly obvious what it is.
I would suggest getting some tall bushy/shrubby plants and try to hide your cannabis amongst them..
beyond that all I can say is..... don't ever take people into your grow area.
Ever ever ever ever ever ever ever.

kind of.. but people will know by the texture.. serrated edges and thickness of the leaf. Not to mention the odor factor when it starts to mature.
