which is the better way to go oil or butter?

I say butter because you want the one with the most fat content. But personaly I only cook with oil unless its for Cannabis eatables.

butter is the best but oil is easier if ur not to savvy on cooking
its easier to burn the butter

the reason you keep water in your mix while heating, is to prevent the temps from getting too high, and damaging the THC and/or butter ... it won't go over 212 degrees F if water is in there ... :smokin:
