Light OK?

so I was thinking about buying this light for my closet grow and was wondering if it would be a decent buy or if i should look for something else? ask them how oldit is,how long the bulbs have been used stuff like that,it may look in good condition (well looked after) or it may have had a paint job to make it look good. I just bught an envirolite 6500k grow bulb,the advert said it had only been used once and was a month old,when it arrived,it was brown and discoloured on what was obviously the top,thisto me indictes a lot more then used once,it may have been on 24/0 for a month,but i've never known a bulb discolour like that in 1 month.
If moneys tight,then it may be your best bet,but a dule mh/hps ballast light and reflector is a better choice.but i'm no expert,see what other people have to say b4 making a desision...keep it green. . .B:)NG
They say it's new,but the wording on the endwith the cabels coming out looks faded,but that could just be a bad photo.ask if it has a warrantee/guarantee
