Hi there, great board... I have a 2 part question for you guy/gals that are in the know.

# 1 What county in SoCal allows you to have the most plants and what exactly is that limit ? (plants/dry weight)

#2 Would you have to apply for a certain licence / permit/ card to legally grow this limit other then having a med mj. card ? (are they one and the same..or separate ..eg. one to smoke, one to grow)

thanks and respect to all.

go to this site for local policy guidelines:

Local Prop 215 Guidelines (http://www.canorml.org/prop/local215policies.html)

It looks like San Diego allows up to 1 lb. per patient, 24 plants in 64 sq. ft. indoors.

And for growing, all you need is your doctor's recommendation.

Thanks a lot, that was pretty easy.. I appreciate that. Is there any separate forms or permits if you want to be a vendor to the co-ops ?? and If so, dose that change the number of plants/weight you are allowed ?... or would it be a case of donating any excess med.mj you would have from your already allowed leagle limits according to the county you live in ?.. thanks again.

I ask the vending question in light of reading the SB 420 Enforcement Guidelines for personal use .. I'm asking about special vending permits for co-ops ..just wanted to clear that up.. thanks.

I'm not entirely too sure about how to be a vendor. I know that your doctor can recommend more than the amount of the local guideline, but only if you seriously have a medical condition that requires such a great amount. I would call certain co-ops, and ask them their policies. Here's a list:

'technically', the California Prop.215 law set the Medical Marijuana programs into motion .. the later State Bill (SB420) amendment, set the plant counts, etc., BUT, SB420 also allows the Physician to set higher amounts, if the doctor deems it necessary ... my personal Physicians' recommendation sets me at 1.5 ounces per week, which obviously would require more plants than my indoor cabinet has room to allow ... you are NOT restricted to the typically believed 6 plants, etc. in California :wtf: ... I keep my plant count down, regardless ... the occasional County inspections are very relaxed and cordial, when med-users don't push the limits ... (it's pretty obvious when someone's growing just enough for himself, and not for the entire County) ... whenever I see the rare, local pot-growing bust on the news, it is always a BIG grower, someone just trampling all over the regulations, the cops don't like to be dis-respected, ya know ... "you reap, what you sow"
