With the law being changed in the UK, what will be the implications of growing two or three plants indoors? I'm not growing now but was hoping to later in the year.

What the hell does Gordon Brown think he is doing!

What a wanker eh? i read in the paper yesterday that he has six months to prove he can actually do his job or they might replace him, didnt read the full article but i think he should be shot. I think now the class is up you can get up to 14 years, doubt it would be as long as that for a couple of plants but u just know these fuckers will try and charge u with dealing when really u just want a bit of personal

Nothing will change. When they bumped weed to class c they also changed the penalties for class c cultivation to make them the same as class b. Most people dont know this though.

You know the most insane thing about this is that the police will not change the way the police cannabis.

If the anti drugs groups weren't such idiots they would realize that everyone one would get what they want if drugs were legal, Kids wouldn't be able to get hold of drugs (or it would be far more difficult) I remember when i was a teenager alcohol was really hard to get hold of, but i could get cocaine, ecstacy, LSD, mushrooms(actually legal in shops back then but all the sellers were cool hippies),even heroin if I had wanted as easily as buying a bag of crisps.

The politicians would benefit from tax revenue and drugs tourism(an estimated 6billion pounds a year if not more are added to hollands economy from it's liberal attitude to drugs).

It doesn't really matter tbh it's still illegal and the most you'll get for personal class A,B or C You'll rarely get a prison sentence (unless you have previous convictions or go off on one in court). As long as you say something like "I was consumed by this evil 1million times stronger ultra mega daily mail super skunk and i will never touch it again and it was very stupid blah blah blah" then you'll just get a fine and a slap on the wrist at worst probation.

Oh and forgot to add they will give you stiffer sentences for using hydroponics (because they're stupid and think that's how skunk is made) also a sog maybe great for for fast yields but if the police catch you with 20 small plants it will be hard to prove you weren't growing 20 five foot plants.

Just don't get caught is the best option, but if you must grow no more than 3 flowering plants and 3 clones and you will no doubt get personal. the scrog is a great way to grow if you were in court for one fuck off massive plant you would certainly face a softer sentence than 15-20 small plants.

This is a mix of personal experience (never been raided but friends have) and heavy research done online. Hope this informed some people about the law let's fight for legalization.

Us lazy UK stoner's need to get of our arses and fucking riot against these fascists fuck peaceful process when did people holding signs up get anything done, we need to march into parliament petrol bomb the fucking place smash up cars and genuinely have a fucking riot not just about cannabis but about this shite arse government in general, the shit laws the high taxes.

We are on the brink of a revolution over here and this is the advantage we need to get all drugs legalized.

Fuck the was a long post and I'm drunk :)

It still must be voted in in the house of commons and then lords.

Most people I know stupidly believe that it has actually moved up to a class B well it hasn't and still might not.
It fucking enfuriates me the logic that Jacquie (fucking uptight hypocritical stupid ugly annoying bitch) Smith used and I quote:

"There is a compelling case to act now rather than risk the future health of young people," she said. "Where there is a clear and serious problem, but doubt about the harm that will be caused, we must err on the side of caution and protect the public. I make no apology for that I am not prepared to 'wait and see'."

^BITCH

That's like saying let's ban farting just incase it contributes to climate change(something I personally believe is a lie but that's a different topic).

I think Britain is a pre revolutionary state right now with rising costs, the government just making almighty fuck ups people are just getting sick of it.

Once the people take the power, the power must stay with the people. (it was something like that) Karl Marx.

Oh yes for all you yanks I'm a big old marxist socialist I bet you hate me now:)

I think we need some fucking rioting on the streets burning cars to really show these fucking cunts that we need the choice not some stupid politicians locked away from the real world in they're big houses with their Fast cars and lot's of money.
