I have been reading some scientific reports lately. Even an article from scientist who apposes the medical use of cannabis. They have all been saying that THC breaks down dead lung cells which could have formed into cancer cells. My question is, for a non-smoker, who vaporizes cannabis would they actually be causing a positive effect on the health of their lungs?

Yes, vaporizing weed is good for your lungs. THC dilates blood vessels in your lungs which makes it easier for them to clean themselves, and it has the cancer-fighting properties you mentioned.
I had been smoking enough to develop a smoker's cough and vaping definitely sped up the healing process in my lungs.
