*Soil - plain ol' nuteless black dirt w/ 30% perlite
*Two 23 watt warm cfls
*Temps about 80
*Humidity between 35-41%
*Watering with distilled water.
Whats up with this leaf? I woke up this morning and there it was. Overnight. I gave it nutes ONE time by mixing a tsp blood meal with a L of water. was this too much? That was about 5-6 days ago. I just put a bathroom sized ionic breeze in the room (not in the box) yesterday to eliminate odor problems. Could this be the culprit? :(

It looks like you have serious mite damage, and possibly too much nitrogen in your soil.
The blotches could be from too much nitrogen in your 'nuteless' soil, or from something you sprayed or dripped onto the leaves.
Did sou spray anything on your plants?
Is it possible that something got splashed onto them?
Also, distilled water will not give your plants everything they need.

Yeh, I thought I might have a mite problem, but it didn't really show until a couple days ago. I know distilled water isn't enough to feed my plant, but I lack a green thumb and I'm scared of nutes - lol. It's just a small plant I'm lsting in a small space. It's in an 8in pot right now. Any advice on nutes? If I give her a L of water, how much of what should I use? I'm terrible at this and have no business growing, lol. But I have to learn somehow. Should I spray it with soapy water to rid the mites?

Soapy water will not kill mites.
Many things will keep mites under control, even plain ice water can keep them from spreading quickly, but it requires nearly constant application.
I would use something serious to get rid of them. Some folks use pyrethrin based solutions like Payola or certain bug bombs.
Other times more serious solutions like avid or shuttle may be necessary.
I know folks who use predator mites or ladybugs to control the damaging mites.
I won't recommend or say one method is better than another. Each situation is different and may require trying several options before the working combination FOR YOU can be found.
What fertilizers you should use depends on many things such as how big you want them to get, what size pot you will flower them in, What's really in that 'nuteless' soil you're using, etc.
I recommend Gigantamo Bloom from Blackjack for the flower stage because it's easy and you're a beginner so easy is good!
Until then, I'd use some liquid seaweed, molasses, and read everything you can on this forum.

Tiny speckles= mites
Large blotches= leaf touched CFL bulb or was too close (not really a problem if it's just one leaf)
High temps cause faster mite infestation... control them, and treat with a correct miticide.
Blood meal is not meant to be used as a liquid fert unless you go about it as a 'tea'. Even then, you need to understand organic tea methods. Follow Texas Grass around for a while if that interests you. It also contains virtually no useful micros except iron. Your plants need a balanced NPK fert.
If you are using distilled water, you HAVE TO ADD CALMAG. It's very important. It's a sticky, even lol! Plants need a calcium source, even in soil.

Thanks for your helps! Yes, the burn look is only on the bottom two leaves. The rest of the plant looks good. Wish me luck on these mites :( I think they came in with my dirt. I'm growing under my bathroom sink so I have no other ideas as to how they got in there. Little bastards!

hang a no-pest strip under there, not touching your plants. And start looking for a better grow spot- how are you ventilating? How do you plan to flower? You will need a box that is both lightproof and ventilated.
