And I guess price is a factor too...430w could be considered...those run on 400w ballasts, right? Anyway...

430 watts is a bastard size....requires a 430watt ballast. Stick with 400 watt ballasts. Hortilux is the most popular bulb $$$, but, there's many other good brands too.
