Really not sure what its from seeing as i have watered it the same since its been about 3 weeks and its now 1 month 2 weeks and 2 days, i have had a couple sets do it and need to get it fixed soon. Please help, i dont belive its over watering or under watering or too much nutrients because it hasnt had nutes in almost 2 weeks now (i do know to only use nutes once every 2 weeks) any suggestions or tips on the pic are greatly appricated

Hey,
I can't tell much from the picture, can you give some more details? Are the leaves yellowing and going brown and crispy at the ends? Where on the plant are the affected leaves, all over/just the bottom? It would be best if you fill in the trouble shooting form that's stickied in plant problems.
Yellowing leaves can be for a number of reasons, nitrogen def, nute lockout etc. brown crunchie leaf ends could be from overfeeding (nute burn) or high temps. So you should look at those areas.

No nutes in 14 days? A plant in 5th week of vegging should be fed. Does your soil have nutes in it. If not, who said to feed only every 2 weeks? They should be growing like crazy at this stage and consuming plenty of nutes.

Alright well heres an update a bit, i think it may have been caused from underwatering but im not quite sure, the crisping at the end of the leaves has stopped but yellowness in leaves is continueing, its only the very bottem sets that are developing it, not sure what exactly to do, will attach another photo

What is your humidity? Yellowing of lower leaves is usually lack of nitrogen which your plant in veg will be using. You might want to read some feed schedules on this site or go to Botanicare's web site. 2 weeks is way too long, you should be feeding every other water. Also you may want to check out Foxfarms feed schedule, as they have an every other water sched. Good Luck!

For a small closet grow and 400W, I'm guessing heat stress. The 1st photo is blurry and I can't tell if I see a reflection or a white area on a leaf. If it's white, it's probably burned with heat. The 2nd photo is too small to see anything. It's not over or under watering, that doesn't make leaves yellow. We really need a better picture or two, close up and clear.
Temperatures shouldn't be above 82 at the canopy, and humidity is less important, but they like 60%. I've successfully grown in 30%. With HID lighting you need to spend as much money on ventilation/temperature control as you do on lighting. Fans and more fans. Intake air and exhaust it. Cool the light. Rustle the plants in a gentle breeze.
Whether they've eaten in 2 weeks or not doesn't matter for nutrient burn. There is no proper amount that someone can just tell you. The best way to do it is to read the directions, then start with half that or less. Gradually increase, very gradually, until you see the first signs of nutrient burn. Then give em a good flushing, back off the amount a bit, and you have your proper feeding schedule.
It could also be root bound. Do they need a bigger pot?
I would try a good flush, like at least 10 times your normal watering. Then you can start fresh with small amounts of food. Also what about PH? The soil PH should be 6.6-6.9, and so should the water and/or food you give them. And compare your plants to the problem charts.
