Help!

So I've been checking out the forums for awhile... getting good info on the sub/dilution techniques..

I've gotten a wizzinator.. and a clean source which is definitely good enough to pass.

However, I'm starting to get freaked out. I was "requested" to do this from my Dept. of Social Services (DSS) because my ex made allegations to them.

I've been a smoker for oh, say about 15 yrs. Pretty much daily... but have now been off for approx. 6 weeks (with 3 mess ups in between). Problem is, I grabbed a QuickTest from CVS and it came back positive. (BTW, big guy... 6'3 260lb)

The test is to be administered at a small outpatient rehab clinic in town. But I have no idea on whether its going to be supervised or not. If no... I'll pass with the wizz as long as my temp is ok (which I've been testing using.. and plan on getting my "sample" about 20 mins before I go in AND use the heating pad)

But I'm also thinking I need to plan on diluting if I need to as well, just to cover my bases.

Bottom line is... I'm freaked out. I have no idea which direction this will lead and I don't want to lose my kids...

If ANYONE has any advice on this type of situation and methods used... I'd greatly appreciate it.

when was your "mess ups"

1) in relation to when you quit,
2) in relation to when you tested
3) and how much did you "mess up" each time? (a hit, or a quarter?)

this is info that people around here would like to know, and might offer better advice to you.

Each time I "messed up" I did a few bong hits... over the entire course maybe a dozen total. First time would be about 2 weeks in... then another 10 days.. then 5 days after that. since the last time its been almost 19 days.

I tested... no subbing/no diluting... just a status check 2 days ago. And it was no joy.

So that's where I'm at... I have a good sub method, but I'm concerned about the safety of getting caught. I can dilute of course.. but its getting sent to a lab (I assume gc testing).

well, the messups did not help you. you weren't clean yet, and you raised your levels again, and required additional time to get rid of what you had just smoked, in addition to what had been accumulating for a long time.

for a long time smoker it can take 8 weeks or more to get below a 50ng cut off level (and dont get me started on a 20ng c/o level)

have you been exercising at all?

have you tried dilution to see where you stand with dilution?

maybe you can try that and report back

Its too late to start the exercise routine... I have been jogging, but this is one week from dss interview to testing period.

I'm going to try the dilution tomorrow.. see where that puts me and then I'll post.

I guess my bigger question was about the substitution (aka wizzinator w/ known good urine). I saw some posts saying basically "no worries" if a pre-employ... but good luck if its a custody case (pat downs,etc)

I'd rather go this route obviously... my buddy is in the military and he's definitely clean...but if its a KNOWN red flag across the board, I don't want to walk into the lions den (uninformed and setting myself up) either.
