I have a plant that's at about 4 weeks and it's about 10" tall. I usually water it about 2-3 times a day and it's in the Florida sun but I notice quite often when I go to water there are a couple of little brown bugs on it that don't look familiar. And today there was was a little green bug with a yellow spot on it today.

My plant's pretty healthy but the two little leafs at the bottom turned yellow and kinda rotted away and a couple of the leafs have a yellow spot or two on them. They're really tiny but I just wanna be safe before it's too late.

My step dad said to put moth balls around it, does that help?
What else can be done?

you say a young plant.....how young?.....how many nodes? did the bug do any physical damage to the plant?....two little leaves..cotyledons, the first leaves to emerge from the seed? if so, thats pretty natural when the plant gets more mature.

I said about 4 weeks and there were a few yellow spots on some of the leafs, nothing major. There's about 6 nodes on it.

And I didn't know the cotyledons were supposed to do that, my bad. It's my first grow.
