My parents would like to get their mmj cards.
I am pretty sure I read that I can grow for them.(No i dont live with them) without being a patient??
Any input on this would be great.(Hopefully someone that knows/lives in OR)
Thanks in advance
Mspb

Yes, if your parent/s have their MMJ card, they can assign you as their caregiver or grower (I could be wrong on terminology) which will allow you to grow plants for them. But I would visit the Oregon NORML website to clear everything out.

The number of plants and all that details are the most important, cause you don't want to break the law =)

I strongly suspect you would need to obtain a 'caregivers' permit to grow for them, (you would in CA, anyway) ... regardless, be aware you are NOT legal anywhere, anytime, as far as the United States Federal Govt. is concerned ... be secretive, or be sorry :smokin:

It is up to the patient to assign a caregiver and a "PRMG' ('Person Responsible for Marijuana Growsite'). When they file the application, they will need copies of the Oregon ID's of each designated person.
