B'Cuzz A + B and PK 13-14

Hey everyone,

I've done a little searching on the forum and couldn't find much about B'Cuzz Nutrients.

I bought them a while ago when i was first experimenting and trying to learn. I didn't really have any reason, they were just the first ones i found at the hydro store.

So I've been using the A + B parts in both veg and flower, plus PK 13-14 in flower.

I've just used up the last of the A + B and was wondering what everyone thought about them before i go buy more of the same.

Should i keep on with them? or should i try a new brand/system?

I have been using bcuzz for 3 years now and have had great results and thats witout using pk13/14 although im now into 4th week of flower and this is the first grow im testing with to see if theres any noticable difference. I also use bud link as well from start to finish with these. Il post some pics later this week:hippy:

thanks for the response to this thread. I have some new info to share about the PK 13/14.

I ended up switching to the GH 3 Part nutrients and following latewood's famous recipe because i've seen the results and they are truly astounding.

In the later part of his recipe thread he talks about adding bloom boosters of different varieties. So i decided to add my PK 13/14 to the mix and i kind of regret doing it.

Here's Why:

I did a res change 2 days ago. i added my nutes and ph'd my water from 7.8 (tap water) down to 5.8 using a reasonable amount of pH Down (roughly a teaspoon) and it was stable morning, noon, and night.

Yesterday, after reading about Latewood's Bloom Boosting ideas i decided to add my PK 13/14 because it's a new bottle and would go unused otherwise. I checked my pH, a nice 5.8...added the PK 13/14, checked my pH again and it shot up to 6.5...bummer...i thought this stuff was supposed to be inert.

anyways...long story short...i took me ANOTHER 2 teaspoons to bring it from 6.5 to 5.8...which is twice the amount of pH Down i used to bring it from 7.8 to 5.8 the day before...i dunno what it is about the PK 13/14 but it made it really hard to get my pH back to normal...just beware.

if anyone has any suggestions or info to add about this crazy product...please let me know.

The PK 13/14 is good stuff. I know quite a few people that swear by the B'cuzz and the PK. I would love to see some pics....
The Hesi line is quality stuff.

Here is my first honest attempt at growing. there's 2 girls. Both are NL x Skunk. They were grown entirely with B'Cuzz A + B and PK 13/14.

I learned quite a bit this first time. I topped them completely wrong and they didn't grow a whole lot taller after that. The bigger girl in the back is about 13 inches tall and the girl in the front is about 10 or 11 inches tall. I'm kinda bummed about the height, but they are pretty packed with dense buds. the biggest (pic 4) bud is about the size of a good lemon.

i sampled a small bit last night (we'll be harvesting this coming week) and even with a shit quick dry it tasted pretty good and got us pretty lit. for my first attempt i am very happy. i'll post a link to my second grow in a few minutes. that's going a bit better than this one.

Hey All, Wet weight from these 2 little girls was 2.25 oz / 64g. I'm hoping to pull more next time around (duh...) but for my first attempt i'm quite happy.

We sampled some last night and even with some crap quick dry methods it tasted pretty good and after 2 bowls we were pretty lit.

So, i learned a lot this time around (trimming is a lot of work...), and i'm sure i'll be learning more as i go. I'll set up a real grow log for my 2nd and 3rd grows as soon as i have a free moment at home.
