healthy? good?

my first grow........so i just started my plants outdoors about 4 weeks ago, there just some regular sativa popcorn seeds i got outa my stash...and well im not sure if there growing healthy or quick enough? can anyone tell me?

and i forgot to say there growing in a sand and compost mix, but the reasin i think there so short was becuz i planted them 3 in in the ground before they sprouted.....bcuz of strong winds so they wouldnt top over.
