Yeah, I was a lurker for a bit as well and finally decided to register. I have a quick question about the detox drinks you see out there (i.e. the GlobalDetox drinks http://www.globaldetox.com/universal-detox-kits/1942.html)

When I take my test I will be 12 days clean. I am 175lbs (dieting and exercising) with a average to above average metabolism. It has slowed down a bit as I have gotten older...

Instead of going throught the rigamarole of the dilusion methods I see posed here, I was considering just buying one of these detox drinks. Are there any benefits of using one of these instead of loading up on aspirin and creatine and drowning yourself? Is it just a liquid B2/creatine mix? Anyone have any experiences with kits like this? I have not seen much info posted on these kits...

Thanks!

You will see a fairly high failure rate on these boards for people that have tried the detox kits. Synthetic urine is way more reliable.

The dilution method is very reliable and inexpensive so I suggest you read up. Like Killer said synthetic urine is the best way to go, but if subbing is not an option refer to dilution.

I tried taking one detox kit to see if the product would work...as soon as I took it, I puked it all up. I wasted $40 on a product that I cannot ingest. I would suggest cleaning your system with gatorade and vitamins, and using QF.

Don't waste your money. Follow the directions in the substitution/dilution stickies. You'll have a far greater chance of success.
