I was just taking a look at my plants and saw some tiny little mushrooms growing out of the soil. I'm assuming this isn't a problem and won't affect my grow but has this happened to anyone before? What could cause this? Random fungus growth in maybe a piece of bark?

Those little mushrooms were a GOOD sign. They meant you had good healthy soil. Which you removed.
When I get a mushroom, I pick it, and break it up into all the other pots.
Don't worry unless you get big slimey mushrooms that grow out the bottom of your pots.

i don't know personally, but i had just read that, then i read this and thought that would help this. lol, are we confused yet?

Perhaps it's from the (uncomposted) composted mushroom in the soil. I use a planting mix (mulch) in my veggie garden, and one of the components is the composted mushrooms.
I haven't had any pop-up, but I can see where it's possible if not fully composted.

I hate assume this on a cannabis site...but any chance of cow manure being in the soil?....they almost look like philosyben mushrooms....

Yeah, I've seen some funky mushrooms come out of the bagged cow manure at walmart. Depending on the brand of soil, yours MIGHT contain cow manure, and create an environment where mushrooms would thrive.
