flow bed..

hi everyone:)
how often should i run my flow beds during veg and flowering
i have 400 watt over veg table and 2 1000 watt over flowering table, growing in rocks. should i run 15 min on and 45 off for each hour the lights are on, or always run 15 on 45 off even when lights are off?
