It's basically a preferential thing for every grower, based on their grow room and strain...

I usually go with a water, water, feed schedule, so every 3rd watering has nutrients added. :)

i go with, if the soil is becomming dry, water, every three days it seems good for me. tho if i have my plants outside, in the summer, everyday, cause they are in containers.

as for nutes, i use 1/4 strength at about two weeks, every other watering, unless they show some burn. then when they get to gallon pots, i up that to half strength.
then when they get outside i go full strength once a week.

i have a mango plant that is so touchy, she gets lots less water than all my other plants, she likes less nutes too....i learned that last year with a mango plant, so this year she gets less water and nutes.

man seems like u know alot about outdoor growing in containers:jointsmile: so would this work ? and what would i have to do to make it work ? i have decided to grow a mother plant in a plastic drum.. would i be able to do this using some kind of material to cover the top and keep it in direct sunlight using MG with perlite i suck at spelling dam:(
