oh man im so happy i beat that damn drug test!!! i just got the call this morning! New job for ME!!!!

i litterly dieted for 2days (had a 48 hour notice) eating high fiber foods, raisins, nuts and only whole foods. Stay away from stuff that IS processed! i drank a shit load of water, prolly coulda drank less. I worked out a day before and sweated some of it out, even though some say not to. Im kinda skinny... 6'0 160lbs. And before this i was actaully trying to gain more weight, (muscle).
The day of the drug test...
drank about 5 glasses of water, pissin for a while... (the previous days i have drank only water and lots of it!)
i drank 64oz of Organge Gatorade.
took 7 Multi-vitamins (which included B12 in them)
took 1.3 grams of Creatine Monohydrate (i already purchsed this product becuse i was working out) i bought it at GNC for $20.
i keept pissing until i got my pee yellow again and tried to shit as much as i could!
Then i went downtown and took the test!
when i was taking the test, my pee was actaully normal looking, a pale kinda yellow. And when i got home i pissed and it was Neon Yellow! LoL ... from all the vitamins...
