First time growing

Hey everyone, I have never grown before and I would like to start. I'm on a limited budget and my location may be an issue. I would greatly appreciate any tips, advise, or walkthrough information anyone has. I live in the pacific northwest so it is cold and wet for the better part of the year. Sunlight is also limited in my current location. So I need as much feedback as I can get. Like I said I've never done this before.

All the information you'll need is on these boards, read, read then read some more. You need a good basic knowledge of growing first then if there's anything you're confused about you can ask specific questions but I don't think anyones gonna walk you through the process, thats just gonna take too long.
