i was wondering... ive my ganja... ive bagged it all up...

now i need to know if anyone can tell me,

how long will it keep for? and whats the best way to store to ensure maximum freshness... anyone know how long it lasts before expiry? :pimp: thanks! ;)

the best way to keep weed is in glass jars.
are you/have you cured it yet?

if not, go to the faq's and look up curing, it makes the buds 10,000,000,000,000% better.

and bud will keep for a long time i imagine Canabaloid, especially if you keep it sealed.

i did the curing thing for about a week and a half, decreasing in frequency the longer i went.
now the only jar i open is the one i blaze out of, i keep the others closed so they dont dry out too much

at a rough guess though would u say a month? two month? more?

like dutch pimp said in your other thread about this, years(if done right)
that means drying(either hanging from a string or laying on a screen), curing and then sealing in air tight jars.
GO TO THE CANNABIS FAQ'S AND READ UP.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW IS IN THERE.
and dont be worrying so much about where you store it. as long as its not too hot or too cold, youll be fine
i leave mine in a cardboard box that is in my closet, just throw a towel over it so the light stays off it.

like the above said, from what i understand, light and air are the things You want to stay away from the cured bud. mine also is in a closet in jars, tho i open odd jars randomly, to get a bit of bud out, always a nice suprise tho i lable the contents with peices of paper in the jar, saves having to cross out the words on the lid later.
isnt it just wonderful that You can grow what You love?

sounds like a good system inbud! id like to be able to agree thats its wonderful that you can grow what you love but i havent grown any yet! although now i have been lookin around the site im very interested in doing so! ive got some advice so far... apparently stinkyattic says silver haze is a good first starter. im going to buy some with my next pay cheque¬! any tips you could give for an indoors setup inbud?

i just got done with my first grow.
and the best tip i can give you is to read, read, and then read a little more.
i had a little basic knowledge before i started growing, but all the info on this site is the major reason i didnt muck the entire thing up.
so just pack up a big ol bowl and get cozy in front of the computer.
theres a ton of shit(i meant it in a good way) on this sight, go back through the tens of pages threads, theres some pretty cool stuff.

dont do hydro? ok im starting an indoor grow. when you say hydro do you mean soil-less? (thats my basic understanding of the differnece between hydro and indoor) . Hydro's look too expensive and technical anyways (ill save that for my second grow lol :) )! no im jus going to do a basic indoor setup... will be posting pics when i sart!

no i dont mean soilless.
ive just heard that its better to start with a basic setup.
there are too many variables with a hydro system that can fuck everything up...pumps failing, ph and ppm going out of wack and just general chaos
