Reflector Lamps for £5

Ive seen some light bulbs called reflector lamps (picture below) for very cheap and i was wondering could they be used during the veg growth. And does any1 know if i can use them or not???. it also says they are

40W
SES
1,000hrs
4000K Neutral

keeron; Don't bother with those, with a 4000K temp they miss the mark.

For veg growth: 6500K

For bloom: 2450K is best, 2750 is good anf 3000K will work.

thanks oldmac, i was just asking bcoz ive put some seeds to germinate and my lighting equipment aint come yet so i wanted some of dem refletor lamps for the first 4days but i gt some cfls insted. Thanks neways
