Ryt then im going to be listing everything im getting (THIS COULD WASTE SOME OF YOUR TIME LOL) and what ive alredy got and remember this is a low budget im not spending hundreds and hundreds and deffinatly not thousands.
What ive got..
Nyc diesel x lowryder 10 seeds, soil, pots, water(obviously),a place to grow them.
What im getting within the next 2 weeks..

Nutrients.

Im either getting
A £28 pound wardrobe just for growing which is just a frame with sheets over it or i will use the wardrobe im getting anyways to put my clothes in aswell as growing(not at the same time im not that stupid)

SO THE TOTAL OF MY BUDGET IS £98

or £126 if i get another wardrobe just for which i doubt ill do, but even if i do this is a very cheap budget, bearing in mind you dont NEED nutrients and any1 hu sez u do is an idiot, i know for a fact u dont need dem because my uncle grew a very very healthy crop from just water but yet again he could of been lucky,, so if i didnt get any nutrients my budgett would be next to nothing BUT i want the nutrients because, well i dont really know why i want them probably just because i like the fact my sexy plant will be getting everything it needs and theres alot more chance it will be healthy.

Umm... yeah.

Yer uncle may have been lucky enough to have used a soil that contained the nutrients that his plants needed. I'm quite sure that he was also using a great deal of media.

Do me a favor- don't eat for a month, and tell me how healthy you feel. Or skip one micronutrient for a month- I suggest vitamin C, as scurvy is easily treatable.

If you know this " for a fact", I suggest that you budget a little bit for a good grow book, because yer gonna kill some pricey seed.

Hey, I'm all for buget grows but you're gonna need to get some kind of extraction system, maybe a bathroom extractor would do for your exhaust. I hope you understand that 125w of cfl isn't very much, it'll work for one plant but that's about it. I've grown 2 plants with one 125 cfl and a few 20 watters to bring it upto 200 watts total but my results weren't great, not a big yield and buds weren't dense. I've just upgraded to a 250w cooltube hps system, I got that,a rvk fan and carbon filter for under £200. It might be worth paying a bit more for your setup depending on what you want to achieve. How many plants do you want to grow? If you decide to stick with the cfls the best advice I can give is to get as even a canopy of buds as possible, cfls really don't penetrate too well so it's important that you get as many buds as close to the lights as possible. Look into LST and Fimming techniques to maximize light efficiency and yield.

Thanks for the comments you guys and hudson i myt think of buying a hps BUT i was thinking that it would overheat because the grow room is kindof small and theres gnna be some material kind of close and i didnt want it to burn down in the middle of the nite and the cfl wah gnna get is 200w. Tell me if uve had any problems with the heat hudson.. AND greenthing this is my first grow so if i waste my time then o well u have to start somewhere and to be honest its a diesel ryder so i dont think it should be hard.... and im doin a grow log so errm you can laff at my pics and dat looll. you can tell me what im doing wrong and dat ye??? IF ITS NOT WASTING YOUR TIME LOL

Please do not do a grow log if you are going to type that butchered English. I can't believe you took the time to learn all those little stupid words when you could have read a good grow book. I travel this site for information and to pass along information, at least be legible...and somewhat serious about posts. You make me sound like someone's father...aaaaaahhhhhhhhh. And im gettin a grow tent, different nutrients and a dual spectum lamp so everything i planned out has changed, probably because of the advice on here thanks ppl!..

And i didnt meen to call any1 an idiot i fink i smoked too much and i was talking aload of shit about not needing nutrients. I dint meen any of it not even the grow plan so delete the thread if you like LOL.

As far as heat goes, it can be a problem with hps and mh so you need to take that into account. I've got limited height in my grow area so I pretty much had to get a cooltube so I could get the light closer to the plants and wouldn't lose much height. But if you've got more height than me you'd probably be ok with out a cooltube (I love mine tho and for around £30 more than a standard reflector well worth it in my opinion) But a must in either case is a good extraction fan.
