I have been reading up about the best way to start growing outside but i am getting diff. answer from people and the question is

Is it better to grow inside for 2 weeks then move outside or germ the seed and plant it right outside in the ground

Kinda depends on how often youre talking about switching, but it's more ideal to keep outside outside, and inside inside. Youre likely to get away with doing that for the first 2-3 weeks, but after that the plant will mature more rapidly, where the atmospheric factor really kicks in. It's probable for your plant to go into shock and possibly die if you switch back and forth too often.
