Burns

Can anyone tell me what kind of a burn this is? It started out kinda small but is starting to take over the leaf. Ouch, it looks painful.

What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
Have you used any fertilizer yet?
What kind of light are you using and how close is it to the plant?

Watering whenever top of the soil is dry.
Temperature ranges from 21-30C
Humidity in the 40-50% range
No fertilizers
Using sunlight in the day and two incandescent flood lights at night.
The flood lights are just over a foot away from top of plant
