OK, here is my situation:
I last smoked a week ago tomorrow. My drug test is Monday the 21st. Since I last smoked I have been drinking tons of water. Tonight I passed one of the at-home drug tests.
My question is this: Did I likely just pass that test due to dillution or am I clean? Should I continue drinking water and dilute the day of the test, or should I consider myself clean?
P.S. Very low body fat, High metabolism...

Drinking tons of water sever days before will not help. drinking tons of water the day of the tests is a better idea. Wait until you get closer to the test to start drinking water. Yes you passed the at home test because of dilution. but thats good. Do exactly what you did for the home test for the real one. GO TO THE DILUTION STICKY. Best info anyone can get. but stop DRINKING NOW. relax, start dinking early monday morning or just 3-4 hours before the tset.

How can drinking tons of water not help? It is flushing your system, yes?

thc is not water soluble, so it soes not flush with water.
How much did you smoke on a regular basis. If you smoked 2-3 grams per month it's one thing, if you smoked 2-3 grams every few days it's another.

2-3 grams over a 2 week period. Also, I have heard AZO helps flush system...is this true?
Also been taking a bunch of fiber and cranberry juice

Only clean time and working out cleans your system.
You can dilute, and you are a good candidate if your smoking history correct.
Read the dilution sticky and follow it to a tee. Be sure to start creatine loading tonight and do so for the next few days.
Get a home test at Walgreens and do a sample run tomorrow.
