Few things first.
I've been a smoker for over 20 years and never touched anything else, what f'ing right do these people have to test you!!
If I want to smoke a little at night and on the weekends it should be none of their business!! Enough said.......
At my job we have a new dt policy where I am subject to random testing but have 48 hours once notified to go to the lab. Just my luck I was one of the first persons picked. I had purchased UK a few days before to have on hand just in case. I really didn't want to take any chances with drinks or any other methods. I basically followed the sticky up top and here is my experience.
At home stuck the UK in the microwave for 12 seconds and after a shake of the bottle the digital thermometer read 99 degrees. I then wrapped a disposable heat pad around it using a rubber band and put it under the sack. Had no problems sitting or walking, made sure when I was sitting nothing was sticking out. Off I went for a ten minute drive.
I figured there would be a wait but I walked in and no one was waiting and there was one person behind a small window with a couple of bathrooms in the back. She took my info and asked if I was ready or needed water. I said ready....she did not ask me to empty my pockets, gave me a cup and said dont flush or wash your hands. I went in and flipped both switches on the wall, one for the light and one was for a loud fan so I left the loud fan on. Zipped down, used the screw cap on the UK bottle, less noise and poured away, waited a minute or so and out I went, she took it and told me I could wash and flush if needed. She put it into another bottle, I signed some papers and out the door I went. Took a total of note more than 5 minutes.
Will post results when I hear, it was a random so I may only know if there is a problem. Otherwise I'm sure I could ask for the results.
