pull it in your mouth....just the mouth (smoke) then let it rise outta your mouth, and breathe it in your nose. mucous membranes will absorb the thc nd take it straight to your brain,.

ok take a toke, DONT IN HALE! let the smoke kinda pour otta your mouth slowly, push it with your tounge, thats what i do, and slow breath in as its coming out your mouth, and it will go up ur nose...

^^what he said, you can practice the technique by filling your mouth with air and slowly closing your mouth and inhaling through your nose. You'll know if you got it right, because you will be able to smell your breath. Works better than the old hand up to the mouth trick to check your breath too.

wow so that is what I was doing. the french inhale, nice.

have someone put the burning side of a joint into their mouth and exhale the smoke right next to ur nose. U should lick in between ur index finger and thumb so it is wet. place it under ur nostrils without covering them. Now inhale through the nose. that is how I did it. worked like a charm.

It's called an Irish waterfall because the smoke rises up and, stereotypically, the Irish are stupid.

its funny that they call it an irish waterfall in England (according to above post). Methinks both ur countries still dislike eachother. Well I am part English and part Irish so I guess I am incujded in both.
