Please Help Me Out

Im using 400w MH for the veg period & 400w to flower. Im not sure what potting soil to use though, cause im not growing hydro yet. I live in South Africa, so can someone tell me what would be best to use for a medium.

rich organic soil that consist of humus, compost, good top soil, earthworm castings, sand or perlite for drainage. can add manure.

that to me is a good base for any plant. its strong in organic material, good water holding capabilities, and good drainage
