Today I got my test results back (new members, introduce your self plz)
and I passed.
When I used to have to go to substance abuse for other drugs, (not using anything except mary jane at the moment) my staff told me that viniger(sp?) will flush out your system, but its nasty.
So a week ago I found out that I had a drug test in 3 days. I smoked that day, then stopped. (smoking at least once a day everyday for a month prior to this)
Every night I would drink 3 T-spoons of it (viniger-sp?) with a bottle of water.
I passed my test.

Yea, Did you drink a lot of water? I'm not in no way saying this works or telling anyone to try it cause many ppl say that it doesn't work, but I had a friend who smoke everyday for almost a year and half and he had to go get tested. He drank almost half a bottle of vinegar two days before he had to take the test and stopped smoking three days before he had to take it. Somehow he passed. I'm not saying it was the vinegar tho. It could have just been a false negative, but ever since then its had me wandering.

Just about anything works if you are consistent.

Apple cider / vinegar mix. - past after two days of consistent smoking.

Excessive green tea and akavar diet pills. - four days.

Ginseng coolers and niacin. - two days.

I'm chubby, I have a slow metabolism.

The key is to quit smoking long enough to get it out.
