Need some idea's for a new setup

Ok, well basicly ive had a grow going for alittle bit in a small cab. and now i need a new spot... seems i have nowere else but a small closet in one of the rooms in my house that i can clear out to make way...im going to pick up this "xs growbox" from online. that way i can keep it contained i plan to pick out a 250 watt hps im trying to find one that comes witha digital ballast/cooltube.. no luck so far.. if anyone knows a good site i would appriciate it

that being said this "growbox" is about 2x2x4 i dont plan on growing more then 4 or so plants for personal use, at the moment i have misty/speed queen seed's but i plan to pick up durban poison/northern lights.. one heavy hitter indica and the other a more 'up' high ... i have soil/pots/ph tester already i know how to lst and i would consider myself a fairly experienced grower..

any suggestions/comments/questions would be greatly appricited... the only real specific questions i have are

1. best place to get a 250 watt hps digital/cooltube or other comments on suggested lighting..

2. ventalation- i have 2 fluid dynamic computer fans... around 30-40 cfm... should be enough for this box right? if not suggestions would be helpfull this closet has a thin wall on the back and there is a room right behind it.. i would not want friends/visitors being able to hear it through the wall

3.suggestions/comments on strain choise's i'd like to keep the choise's to potent strains that are generally cheap because i would like to pick up several strains and i dont wanna pay 500$ on seeds

if you are buying a prebuilt box id get 1 that has the lights and exhaust already in it and maxamized for it.

pc fans are noisy. 30-40 cfm aint much for a 250 being in a small area. atleast inline booster fans from the depot. and you will need some type of carbon filter to contain smell no matter how many plants you have

for best prices on stuff do a google search or search ebay. the cheaper digi ballast are china made and generally have about 1-2 yr warranty. the good lumitek/top quality have atleast a 4+ yr warranty

well its not so much a box as it is a mini grow tent (http://www.4hydroponics.com/grow_room/homeboxXS.asp).it has holes in it for venting.

as for the fans. this box is 16 cubic feet. these fans should move it twice a min... atleast... so if a cooltubes in there i cant see heat being too much of an issue especially with the smaller hps as for the carbon filter. i would get one later into the grow after i already set the other things up. plants dont start to smell untill they flower

as for the lighting.. i still havent found a good spot to get what i want... the 250 light i would want will cost around the same as a 400 watt cooltube/digital .. i would be getting all the parts seperate ballast/hood/cords/bulb because i cannot find them in a single package the ballast's ive seen are lumtek or gallaxy and run around 150$
