Due to ph problems (8) would it be wise to foiler feed? & if so could i use fish emulsion 5-1-1? Thanks to any & all for your knowledge

No, foliar feeding is not a substitute for fixing your ph problem.
It's like wrapping your ankle with an Ace bandage, because you have a headache. In the end, you still have a headache, and now your ankle is sore.
Typical of life...covering-up a problem doesn't solve the problem.
I'm guessing it's a water ph thing? What is your water source, (well water, city tap, store-bought...)
What ferts and nutes do you use? What kind of soil?
General Hydroponics makes a good "ph Down" product for adjusting the the high ph in water. It's a weak phosphoric acid, and works great. 1/4 tsp per gallon, adjusts my 8.1 water down to 7 even. (an extra drop or two beyond that, puts it at 6.5) One gallon has lasted me almost two years so far.

I am sorry Rusty, i guess i wasn't too clear. I am in the process of correcting my ph problem right now. I was curious about foiler feeding because i didn't want to put anything into the roots until i got my ph problem cleared up. I would never think i could fix my soils ph problem by feeding the leaves. but i do appreciate you responding. I just wanted to know if it is ok to foiler feed while i am correcting the ph problems by other means.
thanks

Ahh. Would fix the ph issue asap, but foliar is ok, if you must, lol. (unless you are foliar feeding with 8.0 ph water)
What are you doing to correct the problem, and what's the ph of the water?

am using vinagar 2tbls/gal water. I was using bottled, but now tap. the tap is 7. my runoff after 2nd application is 6.8..YEA!!! i wanted to foiler feed cause they have had only one dose of fish emulsion 5-1-1. i am sure they must have already used up thier own nutes and i didn't want them to be without. here are some pics...the reason i came here. they were looking mighty poorly. but happy to report they seem to be feeling better. is it ok to foiler feed the fish or since my ph is better can i feed in the pot.
thanks for your help Rusty

Kind of a large pot for that size plant, but as long as you let the soil dry a bit between waterings, should be ok. Have you done a flush? If the run-off is ok, would resume regular feeding schedule.
Good luck.

i just transplanted 3 days ago. they were in sm containers and now in 6" pots. their roots were doing the wrap around and i thought the less transplanting the better. once more for flower should be good (unless my thinking is wrong!) and yes i always let them get dry in between. i appreciate your help Rusty. Thanks again
