6" 'sewing and craft' scissors, the good ones.

Unlikely you are growing enough in your home medical grow to warrant a commercial-style trimmer, lol! Those things can mangle your crop anyway.

always good shears/scissors...i am a FIRM believer in hand manacuring...like the queen said...you can mangle a top QUICK using mechanical/electrical trimmers

I agree wth the sentiment to use some good quality scissors/shears. I used to hate manicuring, but now I just blaze up, put on some tunes and now I find it almost hypnoticly relaxing :)
