Has anyone tried this delivery service: Central Valley Caregivers, it is a new delivery service that delivers to northern ca. Do they deliver to Redding?

I think I have heard from the owner about a year ago, if its the same guy he is/was a college student and got his meds taken by the CHP (asking for donations)
