Garden is 7 X 7 and has (2) 600W HPS & (1) 430W HPS SAN AGRO.

Recently added 4 flourscent shop lights (2 bulbs 4 ft long) vertically in each corner to help the lower flowers.

Of the commercially available bulbs at Lowes - which will give me the best effect for flowering - I would think one with the most pinkish tone. I got a case of Sylvania Sunsticks - Full Spectrum 2200 lumens 40 watts - will these work or would a cool white be better.

This is only augmenting my 1600 Watts of HPS lighting.

Any help/feedback appreciated.

You may be overkilling it a bit honestly. Ever listen to that Kenny Wayne Sheppard song 'Blue on Black'? lol! With all that HPS, some extra flouros in the corners are all well and good, but may not be necessary really.
Look for a bulb marked 'daylight' which is a good all-purpose grow light. The ones marked 'plant and aquarium' are expensive and sucky. I just use 'cool white' in my shop lights. Since it's supplemental lighting, you can pretty much use either.
