yeah It will stay on your record unless you just completely wipe your record clean which you can do legally.

well I don't know about the state that you live in but in my state, Maryland, its possible for you to get it placed on a "stet-doc". What this basically is, is an agreement between you and the state which will wipe it completely off your record as if it never happened as long as you comply with the mandatory sentence and stay out of trouble for a year. I would locate a lawyer or if you want the cheap man's way out study up on it yourself and see if your state has this deal.

last up for the night... If anyone has any assumption on what my final outcome could be... Or if anyone has any advise.. I would be willing to do as much com. ser. as needed or fines.. I just dont want a record.. Another question, he found like 2 pieces so will it be more harsh of a penalty? Thanks Again! I now can truly feel for anyone who has been fuct by our o so great and free gov't... You really have no idea how shitty it is till it happens to you...

What you did wrong is give him consent to search your vehicle.
He most likely said "Mind if I take a look in your vehicle?"
You answer, and most everyone elses answer is most likely yes because your nervous about your stash most likely.
What people dont know is that you can say no to a search. and if he says he smells marijuana, you say I dont smell anything. Same situation as if it were your house. They need a warrant or probable cause to search your vehicle ie: a reason to think you have a gun or weapon of some sort. Sorry but tinted windows are not a reason for them to search your vehicle.
Also remember, if he asks you to exit the vehicle. Lock it behind you and dont leave it open for him to just walk in. He cant say you must have something to hide because you locked your door behind you.
YOU CAN SAY NO! yes you actually have this kind of power to say no to the police.
Anyways, this video pretty much explains it... Believe me it's worth the 45 minutes watching. Explains getting busted for marijuanna and for having party's too. A lot of people should watch this video. Im suprised how many people dont know this.

and as for the penalties you got, no one should have to go through that crap. Im sure we all feel the same way...
Hate to hear about another person getting busted for weed.
Good luck on everything.

Actually it was all my fault, and was token when i was pulled over, and instead of like spending a minute or two in his car, he like ran up to the window so i just tossed my piece in the back seat on the ground(out of view from driver side window) but unlike by other 3 similar scenarios this officer decided to come to my passenger side and i knew i was fuct. but thanks for the info! And that Vid is good! Everyone should watch it! If your not a huge dumass like me it could save u some trouble!

It would save you a hell of a lot more trouble, time, and money if you don't "red flag" your car with dark window tints....thats gonna get you pulled over every time, then you had weed in the car and were toking while driving. What don't you understand about not putting yourself in a position where somebody has to *DO* something about it in the first place.
WEED AND CARS DON"T MIX!!
Don't give them *ANY* excuse to pull you over, and keep the weed out of the car, and you won't get busted. How hard is that?? Nobody gets busted for driving "grandma's grocery getter" while straight and sober....OTOH, driving a pimped out ride with the tunes cranked, windows blacked out, with rims that cost more than the car is worth, while smoking weed.....Your *DEMANDING* that a cop pull you over. Is it really worth the hassles?? Is it really worth the THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS that its gonna cost you in legal fees, court costs, increased insurance premiums, and loss of your drivers license??
You can do what you want, but you need to use your head for something other than a hat rack.

Yeah, but like i said he was at my Window before i knew it! And u dont wanna make any movement that showing your concealing something! But the car was a gift to me and the window is tinted, not just some paper thrown over it so its pretty costly to replace.. But i agree... I think im trading it in!
