Lately when I smoke, I get the following problems:
A feeling of impending doom (paranoia)
Jitters and tenseness
Chills
A feeling that everyone knows I'm baked and wants to catch me
I still get the positive effects as well, but the negative effects have become more frequent lately and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to really mellow out and enjoy the high.
Thanks guys!

the way i learned to avoid those, was just to be like what ever i'm high who the fuck cares if that old lady thinks i'm high, the odds are she doesnt. And just go with the high all the way, like i'm high whatever, and when i just mentally think like that i feel great and never get parinoid or anxiety or any of that crap.

what your getting my friend is called a panic attack, i have been getting those for years before i ever lit up my first jay. its extremely discomforting indeed. i have had them on pot as well, but now i use it to cure my attacks, and help to take the curse off. any how you must not think about them, and if you do, then you must to crush those thoughts with all your might. reason with your self that nothing new or bad will happen when you smoke, providing your out of harms way to begin with. also i find that with panic attacks it seems only a few puffs to get you a little buzzed is all that is needed to melt the feeling away. anymore and you might help to increase the feeling. i guess the bottom line is try to keep a leveled and logical mind. these are some things i do, and by no means are they going to work or not i have no idea, but i hope this helps some how.

You live in an era infested by Satan. What do you expect?

If you were to read Might is Right, you'd find that Jesus is the evil perpetrator.
"As far as Sociology is concerned, we must either abandon our reason or abandon Christ. He is pre-eminently, the prophet of unreasonâ?? the preacher of rabble-rabies. All that is enervating and destructive of manhood, he glorifies, â??all that is self-reliant and heroic, he denounces. Lazarus, the filthy and diseased vagrant, is his hero of heroes; and Dives the sane, energetic citizen, is his 'awful' example of baseness and criminality. He praises the "humble" and he curses the proud. He blesses the failures and damns the successful. All that is noble, he pervertsâ?? all that is atrocious he upholds. He inverts all the natural instincts of mankind and urges us to live artificial lives. He commands the demonization of virtues that aggrandize a people, and advises his admirers to submit in quietness to every insult, contumely, indignity; to be slaves, de-facto. Indeed, there is scarce one thought in the whole of his Dicta that is practically true."

Jesus sounds a lot like man, unenlightened or too enlightened.

I wasn't trying to be a dick or denounce any religion with my post, I was just saying "satan" or the idea of evil is totally subjective.
People keep following the man, and less his message.

All I'm saying is that evil is present. Anyone could know more about who the host is better than I can for all I'm concerned.

Don't smoke a large amount - just take one or two hits and see how you feel. After while, try another toke. That's what I do, especially with powerful stuff.

I know, but the problem is that I don't relax (even with a small amount). When I start feeling the effects, I immediately think of covering up the smell and get restless.

I like the idea of just saying fuck it and acting however you act. Stop thinking about it like you are doing something "wrong".
