Hey guys, new to this forum so hello :)

This is my first grow and I have a 9 day old seedling set in miracle grow soil mix and today when watering I found the drained water was very yellow and there was a decent amount of it. My question is should I save the yellow water that drained through the bottom of the pot and reuse in 2 days when I water again? Reason I ask is I have no vegatative nutrients and the yellow in this water must be the nutrients I need that came from the soil right? Please let me know wether it would be safe/good to use adding it to the water I use next watering. Thanks in advance. -MK

Do not reuse. The run off contains salts and excess nutrients that are no good to the plant. You probably have more than enough nutes in your soil as a seedling does not need nutes for a couple weeks. Just give them plain water at 6.5.
