changing back from flower to grow

after 2 weeks of flower ( 12/12 ) would it be possible to turn it back to grow ( 18/4 light ) to keep as a mother plant?

Yes. Do you only have 22 hour days in the UK? :D You gotta put it on 24/0 to reveg properly. It may take up to 3 months before the plant is back to 'normal', but 6 weeks is more probable.
