Here's the deal. I took a UA drug screen (ecup/escreen) yesterday and I'm of course nervous that I failed.
I smoked last 21 days before the test. I am male 5'10", 195lbs. Smoked every evening for I don't know how long. Usually just a bowl. Once or twice a week I would smoke more. There were some breaks but I can't remember specifics.
After I stopped I did a 1 week cleansing thing (I know this probably did nothing to help but what can i say). I started dieting, exercising moderately and taking metamucil 3 times a day to bind any metabolites in my intestines from the liver.
3 days before the test I stopped exercising, resumed normal eating, kept up with the metamucil.
Day before the test I took a home test (firstcheck) and failed. It was morning and my pee was really concentrated. I freaked so I drank detox (diuretic tea) all day, consume tons of water, and ate junk food.
Morning of interview/test I drank the better part of a bottle (2L) of cranberry juice, good amount of water and went on my way. I pissed probably 4 or 5 times. After the interview I was told i had to go to the place before 4 when they closed.
I bought another home test and passed, clear lines. I got a bottle of "ready clean", followed the directions and waited 2 hours, took the test at 3.
Questions, did I dilute too much? Think I passed? Anybody offer any experiences with similar situations. Just trying to ease my nerves. Nothing I can do to change the results at this point. sorry bout the long post
