I have the b12 vitamins and i'm kind of worried about taking 10 of them! It says that the daily recommend dosage is 1 but its 16000% of the daily value!

Is it safe to take that much? Also, how much red meat is sufficient for the creatine raise? I'm 22 and weigh 165lbs and about 5'8

thanks!

Its not B12 you want to take... its B2 or vitamin B complex. Just take the recommended dosage labeled on the bottle. You will want to start raising your creatine levels 2-3 days before the test. Read the dilution sticky for creatine loading. There is a link posted in this thread on how much you will need to consume.

Riboflavin is another name for B2, you see it in energy drinks and multi-B vits., and just about everywhere.

oh... ok then. i was reading through the other post and they were saying that the OP meant to take b12. In any case, I thought the post about dilution said to take 10 times the recommended daily dosage?

You are correct.. Guess is missed that one. 10 times the recommended dosage and if they are time released then crush them.
