Interviewed yesterday with a Fortune 100 company, then taken immediately to HR and given a saliva test. Wanted to post this to let people know these are gaining popularity in pre-employment because it eliminates the option of substitution. My results actually didn't register on 2 saliva tests and had to go take a UA at a lab. I passed (been clean for a while), but just want to remind people that you could be surprised with a swab test, so if you plan to sub, try to abstain for at least a few days too.
BTW, my situation:
6'1" 210. Medium metabolism. Was chronic for many years.
I lost my previous job after I was promoted and had to take a test. Stayed clean for 18 days, hydrated well, meduim exercise over that time period, drank Vale Solution the morning of and failed UA.
Stayed clean for 65 days after that, smoked dank once, stayed clean 18 more days and passed UA yesterday. Practiced a light dilution- 32 oz. Gatorade yesterday morning and home tested 10+ times over the last two weeks. My experience with the home tests were that the online strips showed a very faint line every time (but so did a QF sample I used) and that the store bought (F.Check) showed a much more solid line- cost more but settled my nerves much more too
Thanks to kw420, TEvas, deige, FBR, & anyone sharing knowledgable & helpful information.
Just posting this to share my experience and help others- not making any factual statements about what works and doesn't work.
