I think you'll have much more yield from a horizontal setup- Run it like a SCROG, with the pots in the corners of the room, trained onto a net and flowered when they have filled it.
And I don't answer polls, but that's only because the aliens told me not to give out their secrets. :wtf:

You're only scared they'll beam you back up.

You're right. I've become accustomed to life on this planet, despite the odd habits of its inhabitants. :tin foil hat:

Stadium methods of tilting the containers works pretty well, but I don't know how willing I'd be to try growing them completely inverted. I'd have to stand on the ceiling in order to get my watering routine back to normal, and after making repeated attempts in the past, I've concluded that working WITH gravity is much more appealing to my personal tastes.

As for my growroom: my plants are suspended in the middle of an electromagnetic energy ball, watered with condensed asteroid vapor, and lit by solar rays diverted directly from the sun. Stinky's just playing, the aliens don't care if we divulge this information... they'll have total control of everyones mind soon enough.

im glad everyone took this with the sense of humor it was intended. i do have mine slightly tilted just so the bottom sides can get some light. iwas just wondering how the inverted grow would work . how does the roots figure that out.

Well, Granny is a poor old lady (love my job, but the pay sucks bigtime!) and I grow under a mix of fluoros and CFLs- hey it works! I grow in 19 gallon tubs that have a 18 x 24 surface area. Usually, the plants pretty well cover the area.

I begin bending them when they are just babies. Then I top them when they have about 2 inches growth above the 4th set of real leaves. The top becomes a clone. The plant puts out 8 side shoots- all trying to be "top bud". I train these outward using bamboo skewers and twist ties from the Dollar Store or, when they grow beyond the pot, weights made of old bolts and twist ties.

I veg until the plant is getting pot bound in it's one gallon pot. I continue to stake and weight the plants after they go into the 19 gallon tubs. By keeping all the bud sites exposed to full light, all of the buds develop- even those usually scrawny "popcorn buds" at the bottom get to be reasonably sized. You can see the main trunk on my plants, but very little of the side stems! Just buds and leaves! :D

My tubs look awful with a small forest of bamboo stakes bristling all over and rusty bolts hanging like weird Xmas ornaments from the branches- but I LOVE the results! - Granny:hippy:

(A) Promised the family I wouldn't. My two "boys" (both adults) who live with us, don't use cannabis and are paranoid. They don't even like me posting, but I live a very quiet life and I NEED to "talk" with other cannabis users! So we compromised. I can post, but no pics that could be evidence.

(B) Don't have a fancy camera or even a cell phone! On my budget, I still live in the "dark ages"! ;) Yet, I have what I really need, so no big deal. :)

So until it's legal on a federal level, no pictures from Granny. :(
