Ok, so Im tesing clean in the mornings with a ghost line. Much fainter than the dilution runs I'm getting in the afternoon. (I'd posts pics but my gf lost the card reader, bummer.) I'm hoping to get myself into a lab tomorrow afternoon and test myself, I choose when. I plan on going around 12-2pm. I'm wondering on whether or not breakfast is a good idea. I'm going to follow the dilution sticky, but use a little less liquid because I think it's overkill for me. I've had steak for dinner sat. and sunday night, along with lunch today and will have another for dinner soon. (ribeye, T-bone, round cuts, mmmmmm). My question is if breakfast would be a bad idea. I will be waking up around 8:30 to get all my materials and start prepping, so that is roughly five hours or more from waking up until test point. (Till I go in, no telling on wait.) Should I eat a large breakfast, small breakfast, or abstain? Any suggestions on the food? I was thinking raisin bran for the fiber, but the effect might be negligent. Don't say Qf, lol, not an option. The results are ignorable if comes up bad and I've quit too long not to go al natural, it's principle at this point. :D Any suggestions? FBR I hope you catch wind of this, but all suggestions and past experiences are Very appreciated. Thanks All! Tomorrow I will probably get to :rasta: again so I'm pretty Fukinn psyched.

heres the deal......i had to take a random NCAA Drug test, and the Test was @ 6am. I asked the dude, why the hell does this have to be so early?

apparently everything is built up in your bladder and its easiest to detect.

dont quote me on that, im just repeating what the man that made me drop my pants to my ankles and watched me urinate.

It was a pilot test, so failing didnt matter...totally anonymous....but yeah...thats what he told me so this might lead to why youre so close to failing in the AM oppose to the afternoon

Yeah, I got that down, I was just using too many details as usual. (Kind of an ongoing question as to whether line color density means anything. Im leaning towards yes.) They're testing you early so you don't have time to wake up and pee your first void of the day which contains the most metabolites, because your body builds them up as you sleep and you aren't voiding any of them out. I hope that never truly becomes standard in NCAA, what an invasion of athletes privacy.

Eat a normal breakfast, maybe even a little more than normal. As far as the raisin bran, most brands have about 6-8 grams of fiber per serving but I don't have a box in my house to see how much is soluble and insoluble fiber. Depending on the ratio, two bowls would make some difference. Also, I don't know too many people who eat a bowl that is equal to the serving size they say, usually most people eat a bowl that is bigger than the serving size.
