If you flower it at 12 inches high, you will need between 24 and 36 inches to finish it.
To determine how much light to use, figure about 70 watts (actual watts, not 'equivalent' watts) per square foot of plant canopy (width). You have 105 watts, so that's about enough for a 1 foot by 1.5 foot area.
For your 1 plant, I would make the box 2' by 2' by 3.5', and add another light or two..

ps thanks for the info psteveNo problem.
I am not in the uk, so I don't know what brands are available, but every fertilizer product has an 'NPK' number.
Your soil already has what you need to get to flower, since you are growing small.
For flowering, you should use something with a higher 'P' number.
The ones I use are 12/8/2 for veg, and 1/10/0 for flower.
That's actually pretty extreme.
Some people use 30/30/30/ all the way through with no problem.
Start out using 1/4 strength from what's recommended the first time, then gradually use a bit more the next time.
Also, figure 1 gallon of soil per 1 foot of expected growth. So in your case, #3's should be ideal.

if you use the Miracle-Gro products, it's best to mix them at 1/2 strength, from the label directions ... nothing wrong with Miracle Gro, despite what you hear, but there MUCH better ferts available, that are more 'attuned' to cannabis ... I recommend 'Fox Farm' liquid fertilizers, not too expensive, and are available at most garden stores/nurseries ... (whoops, sorry, i just now see you are overseas)
