You can, but its better to take them during the Veg stage if possible. But yeah take them.

well i join this question, but it doesnt cause stress shit to the plant? cause they are flowering then jump direct into vegging? any opinion what the results will be on doing this?

Take your cuttings now and you'll be fine. I used to take all my cuttings at 2 to 3 weeks into flower. They'll revert to vegging just fine.
