Stupid move on my part....

so earlier tonight i was at my job where i work as a bartender, and like every other night i went out to my car to take a few quick hits out of my pipe to help me make it through the night. anyways, i was in my car smoking when i see my manager walking around the parking lot. trying to avoid an awkward moment with the boss i started my car and drove off, i circled the block and as i returned to the parking lot i got pulled over by the police, my dumb stoner ass never turned the car's lights on. anyhow, the cop came to my window and said " i pulled you over cause you were driving without headlights, may i see you license, registration, and insurance, and you might as well hand over the dope that i smell." so i did what he asked gave him my pipe, and a jar with about a gram in it. he then asked me to step out of the vehicle and he proceeded to search me and then asked me to have a seat on the curb, while he searched the car. during his search he found my other jar that had about 14 or so grams of afghooey/blueberry in it. he then wrote me a summons and drove away... luckily for me i live in a state (Colorado) that has minimal penalties for possession of under an ounce. I just find it rather funny that in order to avoid a confrontation with a manager who already knows that I am a regular smoker, i got an encounter with the police right in front of my place of employment which resulted in me having an encounter with the boss anyway..:stoned:
and they took my favorite pipe and jar...:mad:

no real reason for posting this just venting... Im hoping that the DA offers up some sort of unsupervised probation, but who knows...:stoned:

shit man that sucks, that sounds like somthing that would happen to me haha. smoking during a coffee break is the way to go at work i find.

Similar incident. Had just moved to a new house and wasnt familiar with the neighborhood. Went to a friends house and we ended up getting baked, and as I pulled on to my street there was, OMG 3 state troopers parked outside my house! I pulled over to the side of the curb and waited for them to leave or something while I tried to figure out the situation (wasnt exactly thinking well, har har).

So anyway, I reached over to grab my phone out of my purse when I realized I was parked in front of my own house, the cop cars were 3 blocks down at who knows whose house. And I had been there for 20 minutes deciding what to do.

Needless to say I got out of the fucking car and went inside. :)
