On one of my indica plants there are a couple of gray spots on it, what are these spots? Bugs possibly?

Hard to tell. If the spots don't multiply I wouldn't worry. If they do then you could have mold possibly. It's not uncommon for me the see a leaf here or there where I may have dripped something on it.

You need pics.
Are they large blotches (mold, pH, calcium imbalance, etc.), small patches/trails (thrips), or little speckles like paint overspray (mites)?
Do you see webs under the affected leaves?
Do you see small tan larvae on the leaf surface (~2mm long, hard to see, hang out in the veins)?

Yeah I dropped some some R/O water with nitrogen feed in it. But the color is more white then gray. But I think your right grey it could be mold from me dripping water on it and not whiping it off.

What is the humidity level in the room? If you have powdery mildew, you need to start treating it very quickly! It gets hard to eliminate. Neem or coriander oil (active ingredient in SMC leaf wash) both are effective against PM. But without pics, real diagnosis is a bitch.
