Found out I have to take a hair test in under a week, and up til that point I had been smoking multiple bowls/day.

So, right away I:
Bleached my hair (40 volume)
Dyed it back to its original color

Then, like 5 days later (the night before the test), I:
Bleached my hair (40 volume)
Dyed it back to its original color

Morning of the test I:
Made a baking soda paste and rubbed it in my hair (to open the cuticle (thanks Jerry G))
Did a full Zygot treatment, then went right in and took it.

Did it at a place called Concentra. I hadn't heard for a couple weeks, so I emailed them and I found out I passed.
So, it's totally possible to pass and lots of people do. :)

The reason employers and other like to do hair testing is because it is more effective. The metabolites and toxins can stay in your hair for years. There really is no way to completely get rid of that either.
I would suggest finding some kind of shampoo or product to mask it for now. Those products arent always guarenteed to work but it would be better than nothing.
The same people that manufacture the Quick Fix also have some shampoo for hair test. I have never used it so see if you can search on google for it ...its also on their website urineluck dot com

You need to do some more research, you have a lot of misinformation.

Those parts. The first statement isn't that inaccurate but is a little off. After about 90 days the metabolites begin to deteriorate or degrade but it is possible for them to remain for years, depending on length, history of use, what is used on the hair. Although not always successful, there are ways to get rid of metabolites from hair or reduce them below the threshold of detection. The good shampoos don't mask, they strip hair of metabolites.
